If you would like
us to provide you with a quotation for the supply and fitting of UPVC or Aluminium Windows and/or Doors please call us on
Malvern (01684) 892350. We will take down your contact details which will
be passed to our UPVC manager. Within a few days we will contact you to
arrange a suitable time for him to visit your home or premises to discuss
your specific requirements, review designs and specifications and take
any necessary measurements. The paperwork is returned to the main office
and we process your quotation which is normally returned to you within a
few days.
All of our
quotations are free and with no-obligation. Depending on your
requirements we can quote items individually, in sections such as front,
back, side or as the “whole job”.
We aim to phone you
a few days after the quotations are sent out, to ensure its safe receipt,
and to see if you require any help with anything. We then leave it with
you. We do not do pressure sales and we never do cold-calling. If you
decide not to proceed with our quotation, we remove your quotation from
our system.
If you decide to
proceed with our quotation we send out order confirmations, incorporating
any amendments as discussed and agreed. We then double check the
component sizes and proceed to manufacture. Installation is usually
around 3 weeks from “final measure” although this may vary.
