Home Security & Fire Safety Hints

Staying Safe and Secure ......

Figures show that the equivalent of over 146 burglaries every hour are committed in the UK. The British Crime Survey has shown that security devices are effective in reducing the risk of burglary.

Whilst helping to keep you warm, new replacement windows and doors can also offer you the peace of mind of knowing that your property and possessions are suitably protected when you're out or away from home - better quality, modern windows and doors use multi-point locking mechanisms to prevent them from being forcibly opened.

For safety's sake, innovative fire escape hinge designs are available and restricted opening hinges can be used to make your windows more safe and secure.

There is a multitude of different locking and anti-intrusion devices and specification can vary. The important thing is to feel confident about the level of home security your new windows and doors will give you.

Door security has improved immensely over recent years and you can be assured that the multipoint locking system is designed to help prevent anyone from gaining entry.
